Les Bois Soccer Tournament Inc., does not have any teams, nor does the Tournament fund any teams or clubs. Rather it is comprised of volunteers dedicated to conducting the oldest youth soccer tournament in the North West and the creation and improvement of soccer fields that all youth may benefit from, not just a select few.

After conducting the Les Bois Invitational Soccer Tournament for a number of years on poor quality fields, Les Bois Soccer Tournament Inc. leased from the local county government a 160 acre landfill, and constructed the Simplot Sports Complex. This Complex contains twenty full size championship quality soccer fields, as well as eight regulation baseball fields and four t-ball fields.

In 1998, Les Bois Soccer Tournament Inc., funded along with Boise City, the construction of a bridge over the New York Canal at Holcomb road at a cost of $90,000, so that youth could bicycle to the Simplot Sports Complex from Southeast Boise.

Les Bois Soccer Tournament, Inc. gave $5,000 to the Idaho Youth Soccer Association so that they could host the 2006 Far West Regionals in Idaho.

In addition to the Simplot Sports Complex, in 2006, Les Bois Soccer Tournament Inc., working with an individual donor, contributed twelve acres to the City of Nampa for youth soccer fields. Les Bois Soccer Tournament Inc. then contributed $60,000 dollars to Nampa City to improve those fields so that soccer play could begin at them. Les Bois Soccer Tournament Inc. continues to seek other sites and develop youth soccer fields.

Historically, teams from seven states and the occasional team from Northern California and Arizona have participated in this Tournament. The Far West Regional Tournament was held at the Simplot Sports Complex in 2006 and is scheduled to return there in the very near future.
